Terms and Conditions for TLG Events LLC dba Party Booth Photo

1. Reservation & Payment

  • A signed agreement and deposit (if applicable) are required to reserve your event date.
  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 2 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing. NO RESERVATION IS COMPLETE WITHOUT PAYMENT IN FULL
  • Event dates are not guaranteed until payment is received.

2. Event Details

  • Client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including date, time, location, and access information.
  • Any changes to event details must be communicated as soon as possible and may be subject to availability.

3. Setup & Operation

  • Client agrees to provide adequate space, power access, and a safe environment for the photo booth.
  • Company is not responsible for interruptions caused by venue restrictions, power failures, weather (for outdoor events), or guest behavior.
  • Company staff will operate the booth unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • 14 or more days before the event:
    Client will receive a full refund (100%).
  • 7–13 days before the event:
    Client will receive an 80% refund of the total booking fee.
  • Between 48 hours and 7 days before the event:
    Client will receive a 70% refund of the total booking fee.
  • Less than 48 hours before the event:
    Client will receive a 25% refund of the total booking fee.

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to provide written notice will be treated as a cancellation within 48 hours of the event.

5. Rescheduling

  • Requests to reschedule are subject to availability.
  • If Company is unavailable for the new date, the cancellation policy above will apply.

6. Damage & Misuse

  • Client is responsible for any damage to equipment caused by Client or event guests due to misuse, negligence, or intentional acts.
  • Company reserves the right to shut down the booth if equipment or staff safety is at risk, with no refund issued.

7. Liability

  • Company is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the use of the photo booth, except where caused by Company’s gross negligence.
  • Client assumes responsibility for the conduct of event guests.

8. Photo Usage

  • Company may use photos from the event for promotional purposes unless Client requests otherwise in writing before the event.
  • Client and guests retain personal usage rights to their photos.

9. Force Majeure

  • Company is not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, illness, or emergencies).

10. Agreement

By booking services with TLG Events, Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
